Hi From Holly

With over a decade of representing and transacting on behalf of buyers, sellers and investors in New York City, her service-centric and naturally optimistic approach helps her clients find the object of their desire. Her sales magnitude itself speaks volumes about her abilities. To date, she’s closed more than 200 transactions and over $300M in sales which is no small achievement.

As an experienced ally, advisor and advocate, her passion for creating buzz around listings with creative marketing and expert staging makes her client’s listings shine. Whether buying or selling, you can expect a powerhouse collaboration of detailed communication, discretion and honesty, coupled with expert market knowledge and sharp negotiating skills.

I own six buildings in New York City that I hired Holly to find tenants for. She always brings me excellent tenants that pay their rents on time. I am very happy with her services.

She did exactly what she said she would do. During the sale of our home, Holly met and exceeded every expectation and smoothed every nervous feeling we had. During the sale of our home, Holly met and exceeded every expectation and smoothed every nervous feeling we had. She talked us through her marketing plan and then she got to work. Every week after the listing launched, she emailed us a detailed report of the buyer feedback, the amount of people that came to see the apartment and a list of all of her marketing and how it was performing. She always called us first, we never had to wonder what was happening- which made the whole process calm and easy for us.

With Holly, it’s handled. She makes the complicated seem simple. The minute we handed the process over to her, our minds were at ease. She is a creative strategist, has impressive staging abilities, and is a direct negotiator. We were thrilled with the results of working with her.

She tirelessly worked behind the scenes to make out dreams come true. We love our homes and we will always be grateful that we have Holly on our side.

Holly helped us move into a Co-op on the Upper East Side that we adore. Holly was calm, organized, responsive and kind throughout the whole transatlantic move process. Buying a co-op in New York City was unlike anything we had dealt with in England so having her soothing support and expertise gave us piece of mind. She always explained everything to us, so even though it was all a new experience, we were never surprised or anxious. We highly recommend her if you are looking for a home in New York city.

The first time I interviewed Holly, I liked her. But I hired someone else who told me they could get me a higher price for a discounted commission. But I hired someone else who told me they could get me a higher price for a discounted commission. Fast forward 6 months with no offers and barely any showings, I called Holly back. She happily came in, worked her staging magic and came up with a targeted marketing plan that was way beyond the basic “put photos on the internet approach”. Within two weeks of her taking the reins, I had a signed contract for the price she had told me 6 months before. She made the whole process so easy for me. I wish I would have hired her the first time!
